Our Privacy Policy is written to protect our clients and ourselves as well as to ensure we deliver a stable, reliable and quality product/service. Therefore, once you made payment to any of our product/service, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy. In the event of breach of policy, we will do our best to work with our clients but we will also take a firm line when necessary to protect other clients and our network. Channel Soft PLT reserve the right to suspend or cancel client’s access to any or all services provided by us if it is decided that the account has been inappropriately used.

Privacy Policy Details

  • With the payment of your order, you will be deemed to have read and agree to our TOS.
  • Balance payment must be cleared within 7 days once our job is done or else the service we provided will be inactive.
  • You are required to respond in 24 hours if there is an abuse complaints made to your website.
  • You are responsible for your own content and must not use our service for illegal and prohibited purpose by the laws of Malaysia.
  • We reserve the right to disable any material from your website that is reasonably deemed unacceptable.
  • We reserve the right to suspend your account if prohibited material is discovered.
  • Our website link will be placed on your footer area for marketing / trademark purpose.
  • Job will be considered done if the delay (The duration is 7 days) comes from the customer after we have given the draft of work.
  • If client wanted to make changes or add on different information of those that have been given to us earlier, amendment without major edit will be given for maximum 3 times only.
  • For hosting change we just give the html file website.
  • Not all package have access to editor/admin.
  • We did not give cPanel access to client to protect our security, our network, premium theme/plugin.
  • Violation of TOS may lead to account termination with or without notice.
  • The change terms and conditions can be made with or without notice.
